Kaylie Mae Wallace, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is honored to receive her BFA from the prestigious University of Michigan musical theatre program. During her time at Michigan, Kaylie has focused on new work musicals such as Blank Space’s staged reading of Heartbeats, portraying Claudia, and can be seen on YouTube as Barb in the “Better Off” music video from Stranger Sings. She also had the amazing opportunity to choreograph MUSKET’s filmed production of Newsies in Concert and was a part of the choreography team for MT21’s senior entrance. Kaylie’s musical performance credits in the Department of Musical Theatre include Sweeney Todd, The Pirates of Penzance, Sonnets, Soliloquies, and Soul, and Godspell. Kaylie would like to thank God, her wonderfully supportive family, the incomparable faculty of the Department of Musical Theatre, and MT21 for their unrelenting resilience!
